Remote Patient Intake Coordinator

Coordinating new patient referrals, the full-time Remote Patient Intake Coordinator will manage communication with referral sources and internal teams, ensuring a seamless transition to agency services while working from home, preferably within the Eastern time zone. Key responsibilities Respond to inquiries from referral sources and office staff, providing accurate information Document and process referrals in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in real-time Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources to facilitate ongoing referrals Required qualifications High school diploma or GED Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and TEAMS Ability to work after hours and on an on-call schedule Data entry speed of 40 words per minute/10,000 keystrokes per hour Basic knowledge of the medical industry and insurance operations
