Executive Medical Director, Oncology Clinical Development (Solid Tumors)

Leads clinical development programs in solid tumor oncology, overseeing trial design, execution, and regulatory compliance. Directs cross-functional teams to advance product development through evidence generation and scientific strategy aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee multiple clinical development programs supporting product strategy
• Lead clinical study teams, monitor data integrity, and assess serious adverse events
• Develop, review, and interpret protocols, regulatory submissions, and clinical study reports
• Chair Clinical Strategy Teams and coordinate scientific activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Serve as in-house clinical expert on assigned molecules and diseases in oncology

Requirements

• M.D., D.O., or equivalent medical degree with therapeutic specialty training
• 5+ years clinical trial experience in pharma, academia, or equivalent setting
• Ability to independently manage complex clinical research programs
• Proven leadership and cross-functional team management skills
• Expert knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and oral English communication abilities
• Strong judgment and problem-solving capability for multiple projects
