Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), malpractice insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, and several retention bonuses for meeting specific performance metrics. You can also take advantage of a biweekly bonus structure for successfully meeting session targets or bringing new clients.
