The School Receptionist is the gatekeeper and face of the school office, providing a warm, welcoming and inviting atmosphere for students, staff, parents and visitors. The receptionist also completes administrative tasks and supports school administration. Responsibilities Include: Assist with new hire/data change personnel paperwork Xerox/copier repairs Staff coverage for parent meetings End of year checkout forms/paperwork Visitor/student sign in Indoor recess calendar Health notices Field trip calendar Bus for field trip Meet your teacher/school supply drop off signage Curriculum night signage Staff key management Records/transfer in/out - photo copying/filling out forms Mail Substitute plan meetings Assist in the closing of office in June The Archdiocese of Chicago offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and benefit programs.
