Outbound-led and commercially driven, built for someone hungry, consultative, and ready to own their pipeline. Prospect and engage scaling USA food and consumer goods brands across multiple channels: phone, LinkedIn, email, and in-person industry events. Run discovery calls focused on operational pain, cashflow pressure, and supply chain challenges - qualifying with precision before handing off to Account Executives. Work closely with Growth, Marketing, and Product, feeding real market intelligence back into the business. Join early enough to shape playbooks, own territory, and grow into leadership as the business scales. What's on Offer Base salary $65,000-$75,000 + uncapped commission structure. 33 days holiday including public holidays. Flexible hybrid working - Chicago office 3-4 days per week.
