What You’ll Do Work alongside LPC attorneys, gaining hands‑on experience in all aspects of civil litigation. Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and craft compelling motions. Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation, often second or third‑chairing in court. Strengthen your writing skills with guidance from skilled mentors – no worries if you’re not a strong writer yet, just bring your enthusiasm to grow! What We’re Looking For Education: Law degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. License & Experience: Active South Carolina bar admission with 2–4 years of experience as a practicing attorney; must have completed Rule 403 South Carolina Trial Experience. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; writing proficiency is a plus. Attitude: Ready to learn, adaptable, detail and solution‑focused, and resilient in a high‑energy, high‑stakes environment.
