Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify individual client needs and formulate personalized treatment strategies.

• Implement and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans, addressing the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

You will primarily serve a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, you will be eligible for:
