Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing video conferencing tools, ensuring clients receive uninterrupted, high-quality care tailored to their unique needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized mental health treatment goals and action plans, aiding them in achieving measurable progress.

• Provide immediate emotional support and crisis intervention during sessions, when necessary, to help clients manage acute mental health challenges.

• Maintain detailed and compliant client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and quality service standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights, collaborate on treatment strategies, and enhance overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base reflecting various backgrounds, experiences, and mental health challenges. Your efforts will specifically target areas such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, and life transitions. Ensuring a culturally competent approach is vital, allowing for tailored strategies that resonate with each client's unique context.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.

• Holding a Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic methodologies and techniques.

• A demonstrated passion for delivering effective, client-centered care and supporting clients in achieving their mental health goals.

Preferred Experience\n
