Please read this Public Notice in its entirety prior to submitting your application for consideration.Incumbents Typical Work Assignments May Include The Following:Analyze and assist in the implementation of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) reform initiatives, supporting the design and integration of new financial models, business processes, and data systems.Perform in-depth investment portfolio analysis and draft authoritative briefings, analytical reports, and decision papers to support senior executive leadership in shaping Departmental resource allocation.Monitor key performance indicators to identify systemic barriers to budget execution under new reform paradigms and recommend viable solutions to management.Serve as a primary representative and key liaison for PPBE reform implementation, collaborating with Military Departments and OSD components, and preparing background materials to defend financial plans to Congress and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).Participate in, and occasionally lead, sub-groups within cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and working groups to build consensus among stakeholders on strategic resourcing options.
