Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Experience analyzing national level or exceptionally large programsExperience developing, recommending and implementing budgetary/financial policiesExperience interpreting, assessing and projecting potential impact of new/revised legislationExperience developing and rendering authoritative interpretations of guidance
