Part Time Bookkeeper

Job Overview Cub Bloomington Lyndale is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a Part‑time Bookkeeper position. Bookkeepers perform daily store accounting procedures, providing management with accurate and timely reporting of the store’s cash flow, and ensuring proper security and confidentiality. Job Responsibilities Ensure positive customer relations and satisfaction. Perform daily store accounting procedures. Conduct security procedures for the bookkeeping office, information, and contents. Provide for clean, efficient organization of the bookkeeping office. Perform front‑end duties. Assist with front‑end maintenance and cleaning. Job Requirements Operate equipment such as scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, telephone, etc. Be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. Memorization, reading, writing, and math skills. Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service during on‑going customer interaction. Use good judgment when direct supervision may not be immediately available. Understand and follow verbal or written instructions; request supplies verbally or in writing. Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Be at least 18 years of age. Physical Requirements Lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Walk on uneven ground.
