Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Origination Consultants to identify, originate, and introduce high-quality investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role. Deal Origination Consultants operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Deal Origination Consultants:

• Source and submit off-market or proprietary investment opportunities

• Provide context on deal structure, economics, and strategic rationale

• Introduce deals directly to investors, sponsors, and analysts within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close

• Build a verified track record of successful deal origination

This role is ideal for professionals with strong deal networks, market knowledge, and a track record of sourcing actionable investment opportunities.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Deal Origination Consultants may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s network of investors and fund sponsors

• Provide high-level deal context: asset type, structure, economics, and investment thesis

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff; analysts handle detailed financial modeling and underwriting

Deal Origination Consultants do not perform underwriting, modeling, or capital raising; their value is in sourcing, context, and network facilitation.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Deal Origination Consultants may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on prior sourcing experience and credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Deal Origination Consultants earn success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

• Payment is issued upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Exact economics vary based on deal size, complexity, and consultant role

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality origination

How Consultants Get Activated

1. Submit a Deal Origination Consultant application and background information

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified deals to investors and sponsors through curated channels

There is no cold pitching to funds; all introductions are platform-driven and strategically facilitated.
