Full Time Manual Labor – Maui Brewing Company, Waikiki, Honolulu, HI, US. Salary Range: $23.50 to $25.00 hourly. Starting Pay: $23.50 - $25.00 (Base starting rate of $22/hour + tips). We are currently hiring only for our PM shift (5pm to 12:30/1am). All kitchen team members receive tips (service fee 2% of all food sales) added to their paycheck; additional $1-3 per hour in tips is dependent on shift & sales. Summary of Job Responsibilities Work designated station and prepare menu items to company standards Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly Communicate and work well with teammates and chefs Be on time, ready to work, and willing to learn Learn and support other stations as needed Hired for PM shift (5pm to 12:30/1am) Summary of Qualifications At least 6 months of prep experience and at least 1 year of line cook experience Experience with at least one of the following stations: Fry, Oven, Grill, Saute, Pantry, Pizza Good time management and attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to follow direction Able to stand, walk, bend, and use hands throughout the shift Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments Follows safety standards (cut gloves, non-slip shoes, etc.) Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts TB clearance required upon being hired for the State of Hawaii (restaurants/food handling) Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer.
