Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Preferred CPR certification for safe practices

Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric therapy) are advantageous but not mandatory

Prior experience is highly desirable
