HR Compensation Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Assist in developing and implementing compensation policies, processes, and guidelines, such as salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs. Provide HR Reporting including attrition, staff demographics, budget report, forecasting, and etc. Provide analytical support in salary benchmarking and pay structure review to determine company’s competitive position. Assist in the alignment, implementation, and maintenance of the compensation programs, including organizational design, market benchmarking, salary structure, and developing salary budgets, to analyze and improve the internal equity and competitive market position. Communicate, educate, and train all levels of management and employees on compensation & classification. Assist with the annual staffing budget (headcount) for all departments. Perform job evaluations to analyze job duties, responsibilities, and required skills to determine appropriate pay levels and classifications. Support the succession planning and promotion processes. Support human resources projects and programs. Meet all other requirements as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 3+ years of job‑related experience required Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations major preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge and experience. Interpersonal skills such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer‑care Travel Requirement Domestic / International travel may be required. Working Hours (Shift) Requirement Employment opportunities at HMGMA will be completed in multiple phases. Shift assignment for this position may change to meet the business needs. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While in Office: This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include: Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds) Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents Ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed When in Production Area (if applicable): Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds) Manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment Working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly Consistent and punctual attendance Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team‑oriented environment
