Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment

Kissinger Legal Search is assisting a leading national law firm in its search for a talented Labor & Employment Associate to join one of its California offices. The Need to Knows: Location: Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, or San Diego Schedule: Hybrid or remote Discretionary/merit-based bonuses and full benefits. The Need to Haves: Active member of the California State Bar. Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Outstanding academic credentials and strong research, writing, and analytical skills. 2 to 7 years of labor & employment experience representing employers in state and federal court. Substantive experience with wage and hour class actions, PAGA litigation, and discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Familiarity with discovery management, drafting pleadings and motions, client counseling, and employment law compliance advice. Experience with traditional labor law, restrictive covenants, workplace investigations, or alternative dispute resolution is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
