Bilingual Medical Receptionist (Korean/English)
Busy ENT medical office is seeking a friendly, reliable Bilingual Medical Receptionist.
Requirements:
● Fluent in Korean and English (speaking and writing)
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Prior medical office experience preferred
● Knowledge of medical insurance verification and medical billing preferred
● Schedule patient appointments and answer phone calls
● Check patients in and out, collect copays, and maintain accurate records
● Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer programs
● Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
