Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients’ specific needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate effective treatment for individuals and groups.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address common mental health issues, fostering community support and engagement among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to provide holistic, coordinated care, ensuring that the needs of each patient are met across the spectrum of services.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health situations, working swiftly to stabilize their condition and ensure their safety.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and the various treatment options available, including community resources that may further assist in their recovery journey.

• Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and complies with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and commitment to applying evidence-based treatments employed in a therapeutic setting.

• Proven experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
