The Events Marketing Manager owns Phocas’ global events program — spanning trade shows, executive dinners, account-based activations, field events, and industry conferences. Why This Role Matters Pipeline Growth: Drives event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline aligned to GTM targets Brand Differentiation: Creates memorable, high-impact experiences that elevate Phocas’ presence Commercial Alignment: Ensures events are tightly integrated with Sales, BDR, and Partner strategies Operational Excellence: Delivers seamless execution across a global portfolio of events Data & ROI Discipline: Ensures accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting of event performance Team Structure & Key Relationships Reporting to: Head of Demand Generation Key Internal Partners Marketing Operations / RevOps BDR Team Sales Managers & Account Executives Channel & Partner Marketing Product Marketing & Content Customer Success External Partners Booth build vendors Event venues and organizers Agency partners and contractors Trade publications What You Will Be Responsible For Own the annual events calendar, including selection and planning of global in-person events Execute end-to-end event logistics including vendor negotiations, venue selection, booth design, travel coordination, and inventory management Design and deliver creative in-booth and onsite experiences that attract and engage qualified prospects Partner with Marketing and Sales to drive pre-event outreach and meeting generation (email, social, ABM tactics) Collaborate with RevOps to ensure seamless lead capture and data flow into CRM and marketing systems Secure speaking opportunities, testimonials, and partner activations to elevate event presence Manage onsite execution including booth setup, staffing coordination, and real-time issue resolution Own event budget management including spend tracking, invoicing, and vendor optimization Manage agency and contractor support to scale event execution effectively Align cross-functional teams on event goals, target accounts, and post-event follow-up strategy Who We Are Looking For Proven experience managing and scaling events programs in a SaaS or B2B environment Strong balance of creative thinking and operational execution Experience driving pipeline through events across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments Deep understanding of event marketing within a broader demand generation strategy (ABM, lifecycle, digital) Strong grasp of attribution, campaign tracking, and marketing automation best practices Excellent project management and vendor management skills Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capability High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously Data-driven mindset with focus on ROI and continuous improvement Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development Work From Home Wellness Resources Why Phocas?
