Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with knowledge in the agriculture and grain handling industry to support the execution of conveying and storage system projects. This role will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure projects are organized, tracked, and delivered efficiently, with a strong focus on coordination rather than heavy construction oversight. The Project Manager will serve as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle—helping align timelines, manage documentation, and ensure smooth communication across engineering, fabrication, and customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects related to conveying and storage systems within the agricultural industry.
• Work closely with customers, engineering, and sales teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Review customer drawings, internal blueprints, BOMs, and AutoCAD files to ensure project alignment.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, shop, and leadership) to ensure materials and resources are aligned with project needs.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and cost tracking in collaboration with estimating and leadership teams.
• Help improve internal project tracking processes and documentation systems.
• Travel to local customer sites as needed (approximately 10% or less, same-day travel).
• Conduct occasional site visits for measurements, including climbing grain elevators when required.

Essential Skills

• Project management experience in agriculture and grain handling industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, design, or mechanical fields.
• Experience with estimation and conveyor systems.

Work Environment

The role involves working with internal engineering, fabrication, and customer teams. Travel to local customer sites is required approximately 10% of the time, primarily same-day travel. Site visits may include climbing grain elevators for measurements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverdam, OH.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $52.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Beaverdam,OH.
