Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive, trusting rapport with clients, fostering a safe environment for open dialogue.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and creative therapeutic techniques to best serve your clients.

Your work will center on a diverse population, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or group therapy sessions.

• Strong organizational skills and time-management capabilities to handle client caseloads and necessary administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
