Patient Population / Client Focus You will support a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing various mental health disorders such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation issues. Our goal is to provide trauma-informed care that respects each client's background and personal journey, ensuring a safe and tailored therapeutic process. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Possession of an active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to practice in the state of Arizona. Proficient in utilizing solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques, adjusting to the unique needs of each client. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to navigate complex client situations effectively while guiding them toward positive outcomes. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
