Scroll down to learn more about the position’s responsibilities and requirements.Req# 1024100529ResponsibilitiesWork as an individual contributor, leveraging years of relationships in the consumer goods, retail, and travel industry to bring in new business and logos for EPAMProcure, process, and close net new accountsBuild a pipeline and design a proactive approach to driving new business for EPAMPosition EPAM as a trusted partner with decision-makers in prospective and existing client organizationsBuild, execute, and continuously refine your account and pursuit plansBuild an internal network and relationships with key stakeholders, get up to speed on EPAM’s history, and key value propositions, and experienceIdentify, articulate, orchestrate, and win business consulting and technology services dealsCollaborate with EPAM technology partner companies to win business, work with EPAM’s alliance teamParticipate in and lead EPAM’s sales pursuits to secure new businessQualify and drive complex RFP/RFI responsesStay current on the latest technology and market trends across consumer goods, retail, and travel & hospitality — including omnichannel commerce, unified retail platforms, CPG route-to-market innovation, supply chain modernization, AI-driven personalization, travel distribution platforms, and loyalty ecosystems — via continuous learningDevelop and maintain deep expertise across the Consumer Goods, Retail & Travel vertical — understanding key players, competitive dynamics, and technology adoption patterns across grocery, specialty retail, apparel, CPG manufacturers, airlines, hospitality, and online travel — to position EPAM as the partner of choiceRequirementsSelf-starter who can quickly learn in a matrixed organization, build an internal network, and bring together EPAM’s world-class capabilities to deliver strategic value to our clientsDemonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business in organizations with $2B+ in sales using a consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approachYou have an established network and contacts within the consumer goods, retail, and travel & hospitality industry, including senior executives at major retailers, consumer goods companies, travel brands, and related technology providersAbility to develop long-term client relationships at the Director, VP, and C SuiteDeep understanding of technology trends and ability to drive positive change from a broad industry perspective via the latest technology solutions in Cloud, Digital, Big Data, Analytics, Core Software Engineering, Legacy Modernization, DevOps, Agile, Automation, and more; with specific knowledge of technology priorities across the vertical including omnichannel and unified commerce, POS/payments modernization, CPG route-to-market and demand forecasting, supply chain visibility, travel distribution and booking platform modernization, AI-driven personalization, loyalty ecosystems, and customer data platformsExperience with evangelizing transformational ideas (e.g., digital transformation and organizational change) and building a vision for large enterprise clients, leading to real long-term value via the use of advanced software engineering and technology consulting services; direct experience within the Consumer Goods, Retail & Travel vertical — spanning omnichannel transformation, digital store modernization, e-commerce platform evolution, CPG commercial planning, loyalty ecosystem development, and travel & hospitality digital transformation — is strongly preferredAbility to work with and lead teams of highly skilled professionals on a deal basisProven track record of collaborating with technology vendors to close businessExperience with proactive selling, RFP, and RFI response orchestrationProven networking skillsStrong negotiation skillsFor remote work in New York City only.EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $140,000 - $215,000.
