Responsibilities
- Expertise gefragt: In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position bist Du die erste Anlaufstelle fr unsere Mitarbeitenden und Fhrungskrfte und bietest kompetente Beratung in allen abrechnungsrelevanten, sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen.
- Perfektion im Detail: Du bist verantwortlich fr die przise Erstellung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung fr eine definierte Business Unit und kmmerst Dich um alle vor- und nachgelagerten Ttigkeiten.
- Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit: Du pflegst die Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen, mtern und Behrden und stellst den reibungslosen Austausch von Informationen sicher.
- Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen: Du bearbeitest selbststndig das Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen und sorgst dafr, dass alles seine Ordnung hat.
- Fachkundige Beurteilung: Mit Deiner Expertise garantierst Du die korrekte sozialversicherungs- und steuerrechtliche Behandlung von Entgeltbestandteilen.
- Innovative Prozesse: Sei Teil der digitalen Transformation und bringe Deine Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsablufen ein.
- Projektarbeit: Du arbeitest eigenstndig an spannenden HR-Projekten und trgst aktiv zum Erfolg des Teams bei.
Profile
- Qualifikationen: Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zur Personalfachkraft (IHK) oder besitzt eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung zhlt: Deine mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung in der operativen Entgeltabrechnung zeichnet Dich aus.
- Wissen und Know-how: Du verfgst ber fundierte Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht sowie Grundkenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in der Baulohn-Abrechnung.
- Technikaffinitt: Der versierte Umgang mit den gngigen MS-Office-Programmen ist fr Dich selbstverstndlich.
- Serviceorientiert: Deine selbststndige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit hoher Serviceorientierung macht Dich zum idealen Teammitglied.
