Payroll Specialist
Salary: $27/hour

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:
- Process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees
- Maintain accurate payroll records, deductions, and employee data
- Administer union payroll, fringe benefits, and dues calculations
- Ensure compliance with prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements
- Reconcile payroll reports and assist with payroll-related audits
- Collaborate with HR, accounting, and project teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist:
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience
- Must have union payroll experience
- Must have construction industry experience
- Knowledge of certified payroll, prevailing wage, and related compliance requirements preferred
- Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel
