Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including ongoing assessment, monitoring, and timely escalation of changes in condition.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; manage alarms, ventilator settings, hemodynamic support, and other advanced therapies as appropriate.
- Document care in the electronic health record, participate in rounds and handoffs, and ensure accuracy of documentation for continuity of care.
- Support patient and family education, discharge planning, and adherence to established policies, standards, and ethical practices.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia (to be verified during onboarding)
- ICU/critical care nursing experience is preferred
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts in a high-acuity ICU setting
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and comply with assignment requirements and credentialing
