About Us

At EIDLexit we help small business owners buried under an SBA disaster loan (EIDL) get back on their feet. Some are already in collections. Others can see it coming and want out before it gets there. Most are frightened, embarrassed, angry at the government, and out of options.

We are not a debt settlement or debt consolidation company. We don't sell debt, we don't buy debt, we don't lend, and we don't talk anyone into borrowing their way out. We help owners find the best legitimate path out and rebuild — ideally without taking on more debt.

The Role

You lead a team of closers running inbound video consultations with business owners looking for a way out. Owners book their own consultation, and our team vets the calendar to make sure each appointment is a fit. You start with 11 reps, and the team grows as we grow. New reps join after initial training with our sales operations team, and that team keeps working hand in hand with you while they ramp.

This is a sales management job. You run production: you coach reps on live calls, own the team's numbers, and develop the people who want to lead.

What You Own

• Team conversion and budget. Our standard is above 20% of completed appointments, with 25% as the goal. You coach to it, call by call.
• Hiring and firing for your team. You sit on the final interview for every rep who will report to you.
• Every new rep, from their first live call. We teach the subject matter. You bring the sales management, coaching, and consultative selling.
• Developing your future leaders. Some of your reps will want to lead. You spot them, coach them up, and help them grow into a lead role.

What This Job Is Not

• Not a selling seat. You carry no personal deals and no personal quota.
• Not a training role. Our sales operations team handles initial training and subject matter. You coach live selling.
• Not outbound. Your team never cold calls, prospects, or builds lists.

What We're Looking For — All Five Required

• 2+ years managing an inside sales team
• A remote team, selling by phone or video
• Consultative selling , not scripted pressure
• One-call or short-cycle closes , not a long B2B cycle
• A specific team number you moved — conversion, quota attainment, or ramp speed. Bring the before and after.
• A strong plus: you've led an inbound team where buyers came to you looking for answers — debt relief, tax resolution, credit repair or consolidation, consumer bankruptcy intake, loan origination, or phone-close insurance

We sell with tactical empathy, not pressure. You coach that way too.

Position Details

Full-time W-2, 100% remote, open to candidates across the United States. You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. as a W-2 employee — we do not sponsor visas. A few states may be unavailable depending on where we are registered to employ; we will tell you early if yours is one of them.
