We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Director of Plant OperationsOUR MISSION
To enrich the lives of older adults and all those who serve them in faith-based communities, Where life is celebrated, relationships are valued, teamwork is embraced, service excellence is expected and the touch of God's love is ever-present and ageless. Responsibilities Oversee building maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and life safety regulations Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Supervise maintenance and EVS, (laundry, housekeeping and floor techs). Coordinate vendor services and emergency Qualification Experience in healthcare, long-term care or facility maintenance preferred Knowledge of Life Safety Code, OSHA, and CMS regulations Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills Manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license and reliable transportationWHAT WE OFFER
