As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide outstanding customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors. You will use computer or tablet systems to support badge access and communicate professionally while helping to deter incidents. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.83 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, community policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals, vehicles, deliveries, and service personnel entering the residential community. Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to the appropriate contacts when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of community entrances, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
