This role is responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through innovative IT and digital solutions while leading large, complex client engagements. The ideal candidate brings deep industry expertise, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to grow accounts, manage P&L, and foster long-term client relationships at the C-suite level.Responsibilities:Serve as a strategic advisor and enterprise partner to banking clients, delivering impactful IT and digital transformation solutionsDrive account growth strategies, consistently achieving revenue and profit targets through consultative engagementManage multi-million-dollar portfolios, including forecasting, account planning, and full P&L ownershipBuild and sustain senior-level client relationships to understand and anticipate evolving business and technology needsLead cross-functional teams—including consultants, solution architects, and delivery professionals—to design and execute value-driven solutionsLeverage deep banking industry expertise to guide conversations around modernization, innovation, operations, and customer experienceCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored proposals and solution strategiesApply industry best practices in delivery governance, including the use of scorecards, SLAs, KPIs, and performance metricsQualifications:12+ years of experience in IT services or consulting, covering infrastructure, cloud, applications, and cybersecurity8+ years of account leadership experience, managing complex engagements and financial performance5+ years of expertise in the Banking or Financial Services industryDemonstrated executive presence and consultative selling skills, with experience engaging C-suite stakeholdersStrong understanding of digital transformation strategies, including data modernization, cloud migration, and system integrationMBA or prior experience in a consulting practice is a plusWillingness and ability to travel 40–50% as requiredWhy Join NTT DATAAt NTT DATA, you’ll be part of a global organization that empowers you to lead, innovate, and make a measurable impact. The starting pay range for this remote role is $175,500 – 292,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
