Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a technical training course with multiple sessions throughout the year. This role is responsible for managing instructors and role players, scheduling, and course logistics to ensure a professional, consistent, and effective adult learning experience. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of accountability for program performance, coordinating with stakeholders, tracking budgets, and ensuring smooth program operations. This role is full-time on-site in Williamsburg, VA. Primary Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of multiple training course sessions annually.
