Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team! JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Responsible for greeting and checking patients in and out of clinic, via in-person or on the phone. Schedules patient appointments, takes client payment information, filing and other front desk tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains schedules of clinical staff. Entry and verification of client data Collects copayments Responsible for technology support for telehealth appointments Answers multi-line phone Registration of clients in the electronic medical record Excellent Customer Service to promote a service environments for individuals in need of behavioral health and/or co-occurring services that is recovery focused Research and verification of insurance benefits and knowledge to apply for alternative payer sources Prepare and scan documents to internal HIM Cross train and perform duties to cover neighboring locations KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. QUALIFICATIONS Education Level High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to provide proof of education. Certification/Licensure Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required and must be maintained in good standing. This position requires driving as part of the job responsibilities.
