This senior leader will be tasked with building and enhancing the systems, processes, and leadership capabilities necessary to support the organization's growth. Key responsibilities include setting the vision and roadmap for talent acquisition, advising senior leaders on hiring strategy, and ensuring a data-driven, scalable, and innovative recruiting model. The role also involves operational and people leadership, with a focus on team development, change management, and driving the adoption of new technologies and processes. Applicants for the Vice President, Talent Acquisition role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive experience in talent acquisition within complex, multi-functional organizations.
