This full-time contract opportunity starts as soon as possible and continues through June 12, 2026. With three immediate openings available, you’ll play a critical one-on-one role, helping K-12 students—especially those with special educational or behavioral needs—navigate daily challenges and thrive academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a school setting is required
• Comfortable with K-12 caseloads, including SPED and behaviorally challenged students
• Ability to assist with changing needs, toileting/diapering, and elopement concerns
• Strong behavioral management and student support skills
• High school diploma required; CPR certification (support for online completion provided)
• Capable of obtaining or completing Pennsylvania state clearances
• Reliable transportation for onsite work
• Able to provide professional references
• Confident working in an urban educational setting
• Willing to participate in a Zoom interview
• Full disclosure of school district upon candidate submission

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized educational and behavioral support to assigned students
• Assist with daily living needs, including personal care and hygiene
• Support classroom instruction and accommodate varied learning styles
• Help manage challenging student behaviors and implement intervention strategies
• Address elopement and ensure safety of assigned students at all times
• Collaborate actively with teachers, staff, and families
