About the Role

Trilogy Real Estate Group is seeking an Asset Manager to assist the asset management department with financial analysis, forecasting, and analytical support. This position will report to and work closely with the firm’s Senior Vice President of Asset Management.

What You'll Do

\n
• Perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis, including a budget, proforma and historical performance, and identify areas of improvement and plans for correction.
\n
• Monitor monthly and quarterly cash flows to ensure investor distributions will be met.
\n
• Create monthly asset management scorecards and competitor analysis to present to upper management.
\n
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the firm’s value-add program.
\n
• Develop and execute operating budgets to meet investor expectations.
\n
• Execute Capital Projects plans from project identification to capital draw processing.
\n
• Conduct market research to inform portfolio benchmarking, budgeting, and forecasting.
\n
• Support with acquisition and dispositions, from due diligence to transaction completion.
\n
• Oversight, training, and development of asset management analysts.
\n

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years’ experience
\n
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
\n
• High proficiency in Excel
\n
• Exceptional attention to detail
\n
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
\n
• Ability to work in a team setting and independently
\n
