Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior AI Engineer for a leading telecommunications client. This individual will lead the design and development of next-generation IVR and conversational AI solutions that support millions of customer interactions. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in traditional machine learning and NLP, combined with modern LLM expertise, to build scalable AI systems in production environments. This role will focus on NLP model development, LLM architectures, agentic AI workflows, and AI operational best practices while providing technical leadership and mentoring across the engineering organization.
