HR & Onboarding Coordinator

Renewal by Andersen , the leading window replacement company backed by more than 120 years of innovation, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for coordinating the onboarding experience for new hires while providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. Responsibilities Coordinate the onboarding process for all new hires from offer acceptance through orientation Process pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screens, and employment documentation Prepare onboarding materials and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time Schedule orientations, training sessions, and new hire meetings Serve as a primary point of contact for new employees and answer onboarding-related questions Maintain employee records and update HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality Process personnel changes, employee status updates, and HR documentation Assist with benefits administration and leave-related paperwork Generate reports and track onboarding, hiring, and HR metricse Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and process improvements Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team Qualifications 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, Onboarding, Administrative Support, Office Administration, or a related field Strong organizational and time-management skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Experience with HRIS, ATS, onboarding platforms, or employee record management preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Why Join Renewal by Andersen?
