Voda Cleaning & Restoration is looking for a Business Development & Marketing Representative to help us grow throughout the Memphis and Mid-South market.

This is an outside business-development position , not a traditional social-media marketing job. Your primary responsibility will be to build referral relationships, generate qualified leads, and help bring new restoration projects to Voda.

What You'll Be Doing

Your job is to get Voda in front of the people who can send us business.

You will develop relationships with:

• Plumbers

• Insurance agents

• Property managers

• Apartment communities

• Hotels

• Commercial businesses

• Realtors

• Facility managers

• Other local business owners and referral partners

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Visiting businesses and introducing Voda's services

• Developing new referral relationships

• Maintaining relationships with existing referral partners

• Making follow-up calls, emails, and visits

• Identifying potential restoration opportunities

• Generating qualified water, fire, mold, and restoration leads

• Attending networking events and business functions

• Delivering marketing materials and vendor information

• Tracking contacts and follow-ups in our CRM

• Communicating qualified leads to Voda's management team

• Representing Voda professionally throughout the community

Previous experience in sales, marketing, insurance, restoration, construction, plumbing, property management, or business development is a plus, but it is not required.

We care more about your personality, work ethic, and ability to build relationships than having the perfect resume.

This isn't a job where you simply check a box saying you completed your marketing activities.

We want to see:

Relationships → Referrals → Leads → Jobs → Revenue

You will have activity expectations, but long-term success will be measured by your ability to build relationships that actually generate business.

Successful representatives may transition into a full-time salaried Business Development position with increased responsibility and earning potential.
