TRUCK FLEET MANAGEMENT POSITIONS:

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Buffalo, NY area for an individual with 3+ years’ experience as a Parts Manager with a background preferably in a commercial heavy – duty truck dealership and service center . This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

 

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

Parts Manager:

 

· Leading all aspects of the Parts Department, ensuring compliance with DTNA requirements , AORA standards , vendor agreements , and Elite Dealer processes is PREFERRED

 

· Driving parts sales growth , profitability , inventory control , and customer support initiatives through effective operational management and strategic business development is PREFERRED

 

· Collaborating with dealership leadership to optimize departmental performance , enhance customer satisfaction , and support overall dealership objectives is PREFERRED

 

· Leveraging CDK training, user groups , and industry best practices to drive continuous process improvement , operational efficiency , and dealership performance is PREFERRED

 

· Utilizing CDK reporting and analytics to monitor departmental performance , ensure process consistency , and identify opportunities for improvement and growth is PREFERRED

 

· Leading all Parts Department personnel functions, including staffing , scheduling , recruitment , training , performance management , policy compliance , and team development , while ensuring productivity , operational efficiency , and exceptional customer support is PREFERRED

Salary range: $88K - $115K

Service Manager :

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Buffalo, NY area for an individual with 4+ years’ experience as a Service Manager with a background in a commercial heavy – duty truck dealership and service center . This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

 

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

 

· Valid NYS CDL Class B and NYS Inspector License (Light, Medium, and Heavy Duty) is REQUIRED

 

· Relevant technical education and/or experience in diesel , truck , or heavy-duty vehicle service and repair is REQUIRED

 

· Ability to complete and maintain required OEM and Elite Dealer certifications and training is REQUIRED

 

· Lead and manage all aspects of service department operations, technician productivity, and workflow is PREFERRED  

 

· Provide exceptional customer service through repair coordination, communication, and issue resolution is PREFERRED

 

· Ensure compliance with OEM, warranty, safety, and dealership standards while maintaining repair quality and operational efficiency is PREFERRED

Salary range: $90K - $115K
