Terra Stoneworks is seeking an experienced  Senior Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our builders, contractors, and homeowners throughout the countertop purchasing process. This is a highly collaborative, on-site role where you'll work alongside the team to ensure every customer receives a seamless experience from quote through installation.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned account management professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, excels at communication, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. 

Compensation and Benefits: 

• Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

• On-Target Earnings: $100,000+

Compensation:

$100,000+ On Target Earnings

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the countertop purchasing process with clarity and expertise.
• Collaborate closely with our internal teams to deliver seamless service from initial quote to final installation, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, addressing any concerns with prompt, effective solutions.
• Lead regular client meetings to review project progress, gather feedback, and align on future goals and expectations.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans that drive growth and maximize value for both clients and Terra Stoneworks.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with informed recommendations and innovative solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in account management within the construction industry, particularly with builders and contractors.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills to keep clients informed and engaged throughout the purchasing process.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Experience in coordinating project timelines and ensuring timely delivery and installation of products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
