Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' needs, strengths, and areas for growth, crafting evidence-based treatment plans that prioritize symptom resolution and improved functioning.

• Provide individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients, employing various therapeutic modalities based on clinical appropriateness.

• Engage actively in collaborative program planning with the psychiatry team and other relevant healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive care for all clients.

• Participate in triage evaluations and crisis interventions, offering immediate support and guidance in high-stress situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory standards.

• Uphold ethical standards of practice and agency policies, ensuring quality care delivery in line with professional expectations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. The focus will encompass issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses.
