You should have the following background and experience: You excel in developing strong customer relationships with club members as well as generating new business You possess clear communication and phone presentation skills. You have a passion for sales You are an ambitious, driven and goal-oriented team player who enjoys healthy competition and has a strong determination to succeed You enjoy networking and feel confident generating new business within the community You have a clear and detailed understanding of the clubs and clubs' services and are happy to be a resource to other departments by assisting with club related questions and/or concerns It is also essential that you: Can learn and successfully navigate through our company CRM, Member Database, and Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint Can efficiently tour prospective members and/or guests through CAC facilities Can stand for extended periods of time Can lift up to fifteen pounds Compensation and Benefits We offer a lucrative and financially rewarding compensation plan and generous employee benefits.
