Description Kidsteps early intervention program is seeking an outstanding Occupational Therapist to ensure the development and implementation of activities that are family-centered and promote positive outcomes. Compensation and Benefits Compensation includes salary, quarterly incentives, and profit sharing. Responsibilities Evaluating and assessing children and families to assist with planning, development, implementation, and review of curriculums and IFSPs that meet individual developmental needs. Completing and maintaining records in accordance with regulations. Performing functions of service coordinator to ensure Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes and meet state quality standards. Requirements Valid occupational therapy license in the state of Connecticut. Valid United States driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
