Job Summary The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR team with the hiring of new team members. The role involves coordinating and managing the logistics of the new hire process, including preparing offer letters, coordinating specific onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing the candidate’s experience and supporting the company’s talent acquisition goals. Job Responsibilities Act as a liaison between the hiring manager and the candidate for all job offers Extend job offers to selected candidates and communicate details about the offer package, including salary, benefits, and start date Confirm or collect all necessary information from candidates to ensure HRIS is accurate and up-to-date Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documents Answer candidate questions regarding the offer and employment terms Coordinate pre‑employment activities, such as background checks and completion of new hire paperwork Process new hire onboarding paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy Manage I‑9 forms, including e‑verifications, in accordance with legal requirements Support any other tasks and duties assigned by leadership Qualifications Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling paperwork and data entry Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of confidentiality and professionalism Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs Must be comfortable with a high volume of data entry Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Experience and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field Experience with HRIS and/or ATS About Crunch Fitness Crunch Fitness is a leading franchisee of Crunch Fitness.
