Risk ManagerImmediate need for a talented Risk Manager. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Colorado (Remote). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and manage risk management issues by identifying, measuring, and making decisions on operational or enterprise risks for an organization.The Risk Manager evaluates the litigation potential of incidents and adverse outcomes within CNE Medical Group.Participates in the development of corrective action plans to mitigate present and future risk.They oversee reporting to regulatory bodies as required.They assist in the oversight of Joint Commission preparedness, leads investigations on all potential HIPAA violations, oversees OCR annual reporting, audits and management of all privacy rounds and data.The Risk Manager participates in system-wide policy development and implementation as concerns CNEMG with respect to privacy and all risk-related policies and issuesKey Requirements and Technology ExperienceKey Skills: Risk managementLitigationHIPAAOur client is a leading Financial Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
