Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Comfort with IEP processes and progress reporting
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering student growth and inclusivity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students’ educational programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for effective intervention
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
