Job Description

Assist in managing the full project lifecycle, from planning through closeout. Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Track project schedules and help mitigate risks and delays. Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders. Ensure adherence to safety standards and project requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Experience in construction project coordination or Assistant Project Management. Strong understanding of commercial construction processes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents. Excellent organizational and communication skills. A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
