PrideStaff is seeking a motivated B2B Account Representative for a long-term position supporting an established national business technology provider. In this role, you will contact active corporate clients to assist them with account maintenance, software transitions, and routine service updates.

This is a warm-outreach, phone-based account management position. There is ZERO cold calling; every call is to an existing business account that already uses the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing corporate clients to walk them through system updates and service options.

• Address client questions, explain operational options, and confirm account details over the phone.

• Document call notes, update customer profiles, and track account status inside Salesforce.

• Hit daily phone outreach targets while maintaining high data accuracy.

• Maintain a professional, articulate tone across all business interactions.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working directly in Salesforce CRM (Required).

• Proven experience making outbound business-to-business calls.

• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with strong multi-tasking skills during live calls.

• Strong, clear verbal communication skills.

• Ability to pass a background screening and fingerprinting check.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, standard daytime business hours. No evenings or weekends.
