Client Experience Specialist

To support a growing client base, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will communicate with clients via phone, live chat, and email to address inquiries and requests, ensuring a seamless experience in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Communicate with clients to promptly address inquiries, issues, and feedback while setting clear expectations Perform inbound product and website change requests, coordinating with internal teams for timely execution Participate in team meetings to share ideas and client feedback, contributing to continuous improvement efforts Required qualifications Experience in a client-facing role, such as account management or client support Familiarity with CRM and productivity tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with strong asynchronous communication habits Experience in SaaS, financial services, or marketing technology is a plus Access to a private and secure workspace with a reliable internet connection
