About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Development to spearhead its fundraising efforts during a period of significant growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of a robust fundraising strategy, engaging with donors, and overseeing a team of fundraising professionals. This executive will play a key role in managing major gifts, corporate and foundation partnerships, and campaign initiatives, all while ensuring the development operations are in line with the organization's mission. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Development position at the company is a proven leader with a deep understanding of nonprofit development operations and fundraising strategies. They will be expected to work closely with the executive team to establish a clear vision for fundraising excellence, build scalable programs, and drive sustainable revenue growth. The role requires a dynamic individual who can lead a growing team and is committed to the values and goals of the organization. A comprehensive knowledge of the nonprofit sector and a track record of success in similar roles are essential for this position.
